We seek a highly skilled Creative Visionary to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our organization. This role combines high-level conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, setting the tone for design and creative strategy across campaigns, websites, and ad creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold the creative vision and direction for our organization across branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX/UI designers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work.
- Drive brand strategy, growth initiatives, and management, ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms.
- Take ownership of campaign execution and outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Work hands-on on Figma, UI/UX, digital campaigns, and design systems, while also guiding team processes and best practices.
- Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative director role within a design agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital/UX work.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.
- Deep understanding of branding, user experience, digital media, and print production, with the ability to link creative work to business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
