We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic initiatives and spearhead effective communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive engagement plans that align with business objectives and enhance brand identity, fostering a positive company image and solidifying stakeholder trust.
  • Curate compelling content for internal and external audiences, leveraging social media, thought leadership pieces, and other channels to drive engagement, loyalty, and collaboration.
  • Promote consistency in corporate messaging, tone, language, and brand positioning across all platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and robust brand reputation.
  • Oversee employee engagement activities, brand campaigns, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts to amplify key initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, talent, and leadership, to harmonize brand voice and messaging, driving business results and excellence.
  • Analyze brand perception, monitor communication effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on insights and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to visual and written brand guidelines across all channels, maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism.
Eligibility:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields is required.
  • Possession of an MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications effectively, with a strong focus on brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners to achieve business goals and drive success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives, driving engagement, loyalty, and collaboration.
