Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Identify influencers who align with our brand values and target audience through both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email, phone, or social media.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with our brand messaging and values.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the duration of influencer campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization and adjustment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering results.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools, able to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making.
