Junior Visual Communications Specialist Opportunity

">- Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals for campaigns, websites, branding, social media, and print materials.
- Support senior designers in brainstorming and developing innovative concepts.
- Ensure all design work meets client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Develop and refine design drafts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage tasks effectively and deliver within deadlines.
- Take feedback constructively and refine designs accordingly.
Requirements:
">- A degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or strong portfolio/self-taught skills).
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar.
- Creativity, imagination, and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior designers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Passion for design, trends, and creative storytelling.
