Graphic Designer Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Visualizer to join our team.

This role involves transforming concepts into compelling visual communication across digital and print mediums, enhancing brand identity and delivering creative solutions that meet project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate briefs and ideas into visually engaging creatives using design skills and techniques.
  • Develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to stay competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory, applied through creative problem-solving.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Motion design or basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on FMCG or lifestyle brands.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and staying organized.
