Job Overview

The Solution Principal team is a highly motivated group of sellers who drive high-priority pipeline opportunities to achieve significant growth across North America and EMEA regions. Our roles are fast-paced and constantly evolving, requiring adaptability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop industry-specific messaging that influences lead generation.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive opportunity plans with Account Executives, combining sell-to and sell-through strategies.
  3. Strategize deal movement through every sales stage to establish our value proposition clearly.
  4. Take ownership of sales targets and strive to exceed them.
  5. Understand customer businesses to explore automation opportunities.
  6. Build cost-benefit ROI, business case models, functional, and technical maturity assessments for clients based on opportunity scope.
  7. Demonstrate product value propositions effectively to clients, understanding both our and competitive products.
  8. Develop account strategies and roadmaps for long-term relationships.
  9. Interface with product, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2+ years of experience in sales/pre-sales/solution selling/technical sales/consulting in a closing/quota-bearing role, preferably handling CFO office sales. You should be passionate about Enterprise and SaaS Sales, enjoy business and IT client conversations, and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Compensation

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and qualifications.
