International Business Development Specialist

Business Development:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to tap into French-speaking markets.
- Identify and engage potential leads, converting them into valued clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners in French-speaking regions.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials in French.
Software Expertise:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand software features and value propositions.
- Present software solutions to potential clients, explaining how they meet client needs.
- Assist in training and onboarding clients with software products.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client queries in French, resolving issues efficiently.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyse market trends and competitors in French-speaking regions.
- Provide insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Minimum French Proficiency: B1 level (written and spoken), B2 or higher preferred.
- Any Graduate.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and software platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
