Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to tap into French-speaking markets.
  • Identify and engage potential leads, converting them into valued clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners in French-speaking regions.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials in French.

Software Expertise:

  • Collaborate with the product team to understand software features and value propositions.
  • Present software solutions to potential clients, explaining how they meet client needs.
  • Assist in training and onboarding clients with software products.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to client queries in French, resolving issues efficiently.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyse market trends and competitors in French-speaking regions.
  • Provide insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Minimum French Proficiency: B1 level (written and spoken), B2 or higher preferred.
  • Any Graduate.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and software platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
