Job Title: Corporate Business Development Manager

About the Role:

GyFTR, a leading digital rewards backend solutions company, is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales efforts and establish strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for B2B sales, identifying and targeting key industries and market segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fintech/Payment, Gift Voucher, Loyalty, Retail, E-commerce, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
