Business Development Manager

At Lifelancer, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with hospital lab management teams, generating leads, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance market presence and brand recognition of Dr.Omics Labs products and services in the Delhi NCR region.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to hospital labs and healthcare institutions.
- Oversee sales activities and ensure the maintenance of an updated monthly sales/marketing database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital lab managers and corporate clients to drive sales and business growth.
- Manage corporate marketing initiatives and develop business strategies tailored to corporate clients and hospital labs.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 45 years of experience in a similar role with experience in hospital lab management tie-ups, corporate marketing, and lead generation.
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR are preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Marketing or Personalized Medicine is a plus.
