Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to secure new clients.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing business deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and proposals.
- MBA or PGD in Marketing, IT, or International Business from a reputable institution.
