Job Title: Sales Development Manager - Corporate

At Inspiring Intellects Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to drive our corporate sales efforts forward.

About the Role:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through B2B sales and networking.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media, and other channels.
  4. Negotiate and close deals, handling customer complaints and objections effectively.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  6. Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
  7. Create and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate, with a management degree being an added advantage.
  • Experience in corporate sales.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
