We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to enhance our partnerships with leading organizations and facilitate successful placements for students.
This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals and HR leaders, onboard companies to post job opportunities and recruit talent, and foster long-term partnerships to build a robust hiring network.
- CORPORATE OUTREACH & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING:
- Develop and maintain strong industry connections.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with leading organizations.
- Evaluate and optimize the hiring process.
- Talent Placement Support:
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Ensure seamless hiring processes and track placement targets.
- Content Management:
- Gather success stories and testimonials from placed candidates to strengthen brand credibility.
- Utilize testimonials to promote Biotecnika's mission and attract more corporate partners.
- Event Coordination:
- Identify and onboard industry experts for webinars and other events.
- Manage events to promote Biotecnika's mission and enhance corporate engagement.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on outreach success, placement metrics, and industry trends.
- Assist in planning quarterly outreach and placement goals.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required. 0-2 years of experience in corporate relations, B2B partnerships, or recruitment is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Strong interest in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries is a plus.
