Job Title:

Program Lead Alliances

This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing partnerships to achieve income delivery, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing revenue, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
  • Ensuring the selection, documentation, negotiations, and business initiation for partners.
  • Monitoring the health of business from partners and ensuring timely settlements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficient in central office - channel management deliverables.
  • First point of contact for all partners and prospects, accountable for control function interfacing with compliance, legal, finance, SPU, and other departments.
  • Driving business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members, including creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
  • Bridging the gap between partners and stakeholders for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
