Job Title: Lead – Partnerships & GTM

At pvar-services, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our partnerships and go-to-market (GTM) efforts.

We are looking for someone who can develop and execute strategic partnership strategies that drive business growth. If you have experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, and are passionate about building long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners, then this is the opportunity for you.

As a Lead – Partnerships & GTM, your primary responsibility will be to:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Partnership Strategies
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate collaborations.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
