Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Specialist to join our team.

This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex automation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Coding languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have Java (basic level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus.
