Key Role: Sales Strategist

Drive sales growth and profitability for ABB Robots and Systems in the Pune market.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets.
  • Builddesired relationships with customers and ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Prepare and propose sales plans, including recovery plans for order shortfalls.
  • Identify and drive new market opportunities and collaborate across teams to ensure efficient marketing activities and customer value propositions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficient sales, marketing, negotiation, customer management, and contract management skills within the robotics industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of robotics and automation.
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or instrumentation engineering, with 5-8 years of sales experience in the robotics and automation industry.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 60% within Pune and neighboring cities.
