Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Strategist to lead and manage a team focused on automating business processes using RPA technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RPA strategies, overseeing the design and deployment of automation solutions
  • Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing RPA processes
  • Manage RPA projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets along with Org. KPI's
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RPA developers and analysts
  • Oversee resource allocation, including staff, tools, and budget for RPA projects
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure the team achieves its objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different business units
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities by collaborating with business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of professional experience in IT or software development
  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Bizagi
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing RPA projects and teams
