We have an exciting opportunity with our Leading MNC client for Project Manager.

Job Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon

Experience: 8 to 14 Years

Education: Full Time Graduate

Mandatory skills :

*******Looking for candidates who has Project Management experience in any Javascript framework related projects (Angular, Node, React, ExpressJS etc.)

  • Strong in Agile management
  • Global Stakeholder management experience
  • Agile certification- SAFe

Job Description:

Agile Leadership:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Guide the team on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote decentralized decision-making within the team to encourage ownership and innovation.
  • Coach team members to adapt Agile practices for timely value realization.

Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure efficient backlog management and prioritization to meet business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks for project delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and address concerns.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
