Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Clients Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Market Analysis and Prospecting:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze client risk profiles and create compelling insurance proposals.

Presentation and Negotiation:

  • Deliver persuasive presentations to clients explaining insurance solutions and negotiating policy terms.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable policy terms.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales or business development is advantageous.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales or insurance broking are beneficial.
