**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bancassurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, monitoring business figures, and formulating strategies to achieve maximum business and mindshare.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive and monitor all sales initiatives to meet objectives by studying competitor activities and tracking business figures.
- Manage day-to-day channel activities, team performance, and sales management through effective communication with partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Review and provide feedback to teams for continuous improvement in business delivery and development.
**Channel Partner Management:**
- Build strong relationships with channel partners through regular interactions and agreed-upon expectations.
- Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters and drive optimal utilization of partner resources.
**People Management:**
- Lead and manage high-performing teams with low attrition rates.
- Identify quality manpower, provide timely recruitment, and maintain skills through appropriate training.
- Develop and utilize personal skills such as good listening, strong communication, and result orientation.
