Leadership Role: Driving Business Growth and Excellence
As a seasoned business leader, you will spearhead revenue growth and performance optimization in a dynamic region. You will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, contributing to high-level decisions, and leading a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute impactful insights and data-driven analysis to inform business strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to maximize business outcomes, balancing design requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing city team, fostering skills growth and motivating them to achieve targets.
- Own the quality of Design Closure for Livspace products and services in the region.
- Drive key performance indicators such as successful design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the city and customer within Livspace, providing continuous feedback to enhance the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Design, Civil or equivalent, with an MBA as a valuable asset.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services in an interior fit-out business.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to convey business needs effectively.
- Structured thought process, analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
- Possesses significant drive to continuously improve Design and Design experience.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, and customer needs.
