Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their objectives, expectations, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within our organization.

  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all client requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records.
  • Participate in pitches to secure new business opportunities and contribute to our growth.
  • Ensure the overall quality of creative content and services delivered, maintaining set standards and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
