
Regional Sales Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the area in terms of sales, branch operations and administration.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
- Managing Sales Performance, Branch Operations, and Administration.
- Develop a high Quality portfolio for the Area.
- Achieve targeted results for the Branches in the Area.
- Track and Ensure timely Repayments of Loans disbursed to the Area.
- Boost Branch Productivity by optimizing manpower levels and resources.
- Support and handhold team members including Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets.
- Field Visits with branch team members to provide guidance on sourcing & collection.
- Lead the sales team to high performance and foster a team player culture.
- Build, Nurture, and Empower teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies & processes, as well as all regulatory matters governed by RBI and other statutory bodies.
- Provide training and handholding support to team members on products.
