We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Counsellor to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to empower students to make informed decisions about their university applications.

Job Description

As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing impartial and honest advice to students on studying abroad. You will work closely with students to understand their goals, aspirations, and preferences, and help them find the right universities and courses that match their needs.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  • Providing excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Maintaining good record-keeping at all times in the CRM.
  • Giving talks/presentations on behalf of the company in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling to students via Zoom and Google meet.
  • Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Prior experience in counseling students, preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
