Job Title: Academic Economist

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic economist to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, tutorials, and case-study-based sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management courses.

• Lecture Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and case-study-based sessions that align with current economic policies, business practices, and academic standards.
• Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain curriculum materials that reflect the latest research and industry trends in economics and management.
• Student Guidance: Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, research, and internships related to economics and management.
• Evaluation and Assessment: Assess and evaluate students' coursework, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
• Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance applied learning.
• Research and Publication: Engage in academic research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and conferences in the field of economics and management.
• Departmental Contributions: Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with economic trends, policy changes, and emerging methodologies, and integrate them into teaching and research.

• Masters/PhD in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or a related discipline.
• Prior teaching and/or industry/research experience in Economics is preferred.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS), and data interpretation is desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
