Economic Researcher Job Description

\

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Economist to join our team. As an Economist, you will play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing department in various research activities.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data, analyzing data using analytical models and statistical techniques, and presenting research results in reports, tables, and charts.

\

You will also be required to interpret and forecast market trends, advise businesses, governments, and individuals on economic topics, and recommend solutions to economic problems.

\

Additionally, you will be expected to write articles for academic journals and other media outlets.

\

The ideal candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in Economics from a reputable university, both in India and abroad. You should possess thought leadership skills, strategic thinking, excellent domain knowledge, and understanding of conceptualization and consultative skills.

\

As an Economic Researcher, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including ministries, universities, think tanks, and other agencies, to identify research topics and agendas.

\

You will also be responsible for preparing discussion points and talking points for meetings and discussion forums, making relevant presentations, and interpreting issues raised by stakeholders.

\
