Senior Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support our strategic business intelligence initiative. This role will work closely with the lead analyst and stakeholders to assist in the optimization of data visualization tools, including ETL development, dashboard inventory, and performance tuning.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data visualization tools and a strong foundation in data integration and analysis.

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using data transformation tools.
  • Create and enhance dashboards using data visualization software.
  • Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Development

  • Configure data visualization tools, manage user roles, and set up data governance policies.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using data transformation tools.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards using data visualization software.
  • Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (ETL, dashboarding, dataflows).
  • Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data transformation tools, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
