Role Summary:

The Student Guidance Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective students on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

  • Counselling prospective students to understand the different UG & PG courses offered by the institution.
  • Providing advice to students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and consolidating it for future improvement.
  • Handling queries over telephone in a professional manner.
  • Converting leads into successful admissions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of telephonic and walk-in interactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others is necessary.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools is desirable.
