Strategic Operations Lead

We are seeking a versatile and strategic operations lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving multiple functions across product, growth, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and optimize core processes.
  • Work closely with the founder to identify and solve high-priority issues, prepare presentations for key stakeholders, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Be a core part of our mission to scale by getting hands dirty and doing what it takes to get the job done.
  • Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights using data tools and communicate complex findings clearly.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on key goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or fast-paced environment demonstrating ability to execute.
  • Able to quickly learn new industries, business models, and technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision both in writing and verbally.
  • Highly analytical with skills in quantitative analysis and building models to support recommendations.
  • Bias for action, take risks, and get excited about transforming the business.
