Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital experience transformation, with expertise in building and managing client relationships, generating new business engagements, and providing thought leadership in the Digital Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery process from discovery/POC to managing operations across 3-4 client engagements, helping to deliver world-class MDM solutions.
- Ensure the proposed design/architecture meets client expectations and solves business problems with high quality.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to assist in project management responsibilities, including project planning, staffing management, and people growth.
- Develop and implement master data management strategies and processes to maintain high-quality master data across the organization.
- Design and manage data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with Staffing partner, HR business partners for team building/planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer-related disciplines.
- 10-14 years of relevant consulting-industry experience, preferably in Healthcare or Life Science, working on medium-large scale MDM solution delivery engagements.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing MDM services & capabilities using tools like Informatica MDM, Reltio etc.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
- Experience with ETL design and development, and OLAP tools to support business applications.
- Ability to manage a virtual global team environment contributing to timely delivery of multiple projects.
