Community Engagement Roles

We are seeking an individual to support our community engagement initiatives. This role will involve connecting with participants, gathering feedback, and maintaining organized records.

  • Connect with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Post-masterclass: gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support smooth engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the mentor to understand how transformational programs are run.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be empathetic, people-oriented, and have strong communication skills. You should also be comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth. Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools is a plus.
