**Growth Strategist Wanted**

We're seeking an experienced Growth Strategist to lead our user acquisition and community building efforts. Our innovative AI-powered platform helps traders make informed decisions through natural conversation, and we need someone with expertise in growing our presence in the market.

The Role:

  • Establish a strong online presence by engaging with key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram as a trusted member of these communities.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new users through personalized outreach and demos.
  • Build relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms to create partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • Provide top-notch onboarding experience to ensure new users understand and effectively utilize our product.
  • Create and nurture thriving user communities focused on knowledge sharing and engagement.
  • Design and execute growth experiments to test various acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful approaches.
  • Own the metrics for user acquisition and activation targets, taking full responsibility for achieving set goals.

Must Have:

  • Deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • A proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Experience in building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members).
  • Ability to engage both digitally and in-person.
  • Effectiveness in conducting product demonstrations.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience at a broker or trading platform.
  • Existing network within trading communities.
  • Personal trading or investment experience.
  • Content creation capabilities.
  • Early-stage startup experience.
