Agile Transformation Leader Job Description

Job Title:

Agile Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead our organization's Agile transformation initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will mentor and coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions for cross-functional teams.
  • Assess team maturity and provide actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices and processes.
  • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
