About the Role:
We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster exceptional client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering, process mapping and project scoping to ensure seamless execution
- Demonstrate expertise in domains like Healthcare, Compliance, Real Estate and Fintech
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings with internal and client teams
- Develop and manage communication protocols, timelines and deliverables
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders via calls, messages and scheduled meetings
- Pursue market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
- Plan, allocate and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team tasks
- Cultivate team collaboration and resolve operational or inter-team issues
