Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing revenue through relationship development and sales, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HNI Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and acquire High Net Worth (HNI) customers, deepening relationships to increase profitability and customer retention.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Analyze customer needs and cross-sell/upsell relevant bank products to increase wallet share and drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure error-free documentation, adhere to KYC and AML norms, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, resolve queries/complaints efficiently, and promote direct banking channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets.
  • Increase customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Enhance overall value/book size of the portfolio.
