Strategic Account Growth Manager

Key responsibilities include driving sales numbers and business growth in government and semi-government institutions. This involves creating strategies to increase market share and developing partnerships with key opinion leaders and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales growth strategies for pharmaceutical products in institutions across India.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive demand and recommendations for Bayer's products.Engaging with key stakeholders, including institutional buyers and distributors, to identify growth opportunities and build sustainable relationships.Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize product registration processes.

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required, with a strong background in institution sales and strategic account management. A graduate or postgraduate degree in management or a related field is preferred.
