Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client goals and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Lead client pitches, present proposals, and sell creative ideas effectively.

- Network and identify new business opportunities to expand client accounts.

- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients at a senior level.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and projects.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising, video games, and entertainment.

Experience & Requirements:

- A strong interest in advertising, video games, and entertainment is essential.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency setting (digital, production, creative, marketing) or client-side.

- Proven experience in pitching, selling proposals, and presenting creative ideas to clients.

- Demonstrated experience in networking and a track record of developing and growing client accounts.

- Experience and confidence in dealing with clients at a senior level.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as, Marketing, or Business
