Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist II. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Helpshift Android, iOS, Unity, and other SDKs on target platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Helpshift SDKs on various platforms
  • Navigating and configuring Helpshift administrative tools
  • Developing requests for proposals for strategic and enterprise customers
  • Demonstrating Helpshift API capabilities through presentations
  • Effectively communicating with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Creating datasets and reports on BI tools like Power BI, Tableau & Looker
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Programming proficiently in languages like Python, JavaScript
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Managing implementation partners and overseeing system integration
  • Establishing strategic relationships with key contacts

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in implementing Helpshift SDKs
  • Strong understanding of Helpshift administrative tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript
