Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor infrastructure components, including CPU, memory, and hard disk size, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and report server performance issues that exceed predetermined thresholds to relevant teams for swift resolution.
  • Verify successful completion of scheduled tasks on the system and rerun them if necessary.
  • Report technical errors to L2/L3 teams for prompt resolution.
  • Monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets and update them with initial responses.
  • Gather required details from business/end user/other teams as needed.
  • Reproduce issues in a testing environment and provide inputs to L2 team members for validation.
  • Validate issue fixes in internal testing environments based on customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in L1 level application or infrastructure support management.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for providing effective customer support.
  • Technical background in Java or scripting is an added advantage.
