We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.
This role involves providing end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as managing user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls.
Additionally, the successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues, configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches, and maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- System & User Support: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Hardware, OS, and Application Issues: Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
- Networking & Infrastructure: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches, and maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
- Server & Application Support: Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments, perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam, and support SQL Server databases.
This role also involves administering Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online), managing Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps, and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and enhancing security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards, maintaining IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.
A customer-first mindset with proactive support approach is required for this role.
Requirements- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches, experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint).
- Networking & Security: Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools, understanding of VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, knowledge of CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, excellent communication and documentation skills.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, ITIL Foundation, and Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE).
