Microsoft Office Application Support Specialist

As a seasoned professional in MS Office application support, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical expertise and exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 application support and incident management services.
- Collaborate with the Productivity Tools team to ensure seamless support for multiple products within Microsoft 365, including all Office applications, Outlook, add-ins for the MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and WinZip.
- Offer expert-level support for Microsoft 365 product applications at a level 2 skillset, encompassing in-depth knowledge of Office applications and troubleshooting COM add-ins across the suite, Adobe Acrobat, and WinZip.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to level 3 engineers or vendors as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or technology.
- Possess technical certifications as an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting on enterprise Windows, Mac, and iOS environments, as well as MS Office 365 applications residing on those platforms.
- Display proficiency in resolving issues related to crashes, performance, installation, data loss, features, licensing, and deployment of Office applications and their add-ins within enterprise environments.
- Showcase deep knowledge of supporting Outlook and native email clients, with expertise in delegation, shared mailbox access, PST migrations, online archives, and related enterprise environment issues.
