Our team is seeking an Odessa Application Management professional who can leverage their technical expertise to enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with a strong background in customer service and technical support, as well as experience working with Odessa or similar platforms. As an Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external users seeking technical assistance via email, forms, or telephone.

Main Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to Odessa, Platform Tools, and API/network connectivity.
  • Performing configuration changes in Odessa to meet user requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
  • Providing timely follow-up with users to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications
