We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our customer service team as a Technical Support Associate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical troubleshooting, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
About the Role
- Technical Support Associate: Provide expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and communications.
- Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in computer hardware and software, operating systems (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS), and networking fundamentals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in BPO or services industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication is essential.
- Shift Work: Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Computer Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Pressure Handling: Strong ability to handle pressure and multitasking tasks.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
