Job Title: Strategic Market Integrity Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Market Integrity Manager to lead our surveillance function, ensuring effective detection, investigation, and prevention of market abuse or misconduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the investigation of alerts, suspicious trades, and breaches; ensure timely escalation to compliance, legal, or regulators.
  • Develop, test, and deploy surveillance systems, creating a robust surveillance framework and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the surveillance team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement in regulatory and analytical domains.
  • Benchmark against global best practices, introducing process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Present periodic surveillance reports, risk dashboards, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA (in finance), CA, CS, or equivalent.
  • Minimum relevant experience of 5-10 years.
  • Knowledge of equity and equity derivatives markets.
  • Integrating market knowledge with technical expertise for report automation.
  • Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
