Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business results.
  2. Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with our online community.
  3. Respond to social media inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Approve designs, content, and paid media creatives to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  5. Coordinate and manage content shoots with external vendors to ensure high-quality visual assets.
  6. Analyze daily metrics using data from Meta, Google, and other analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
  7. Maintain and allocate paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
  8. Collaborate with agencies on keyword research and SEO blog approvals to optimize online visibility.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid media campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  2. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  3. Experience in a B2C or retail environment.
