Key ResponsibilitiesCreate Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Optimise lead generation campaigns to drive memberships, occupancy rates, and event participation. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.
SEO & Website Optimisation: Enhance website performance through keyword optimisation, technical SEO, and UX improvements. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts. Event Promotion & Brand Partnerships: Support the marketing of in-house events, workshops, and collaborations with local businesses and influencers.
Reputation Management: Manage online reviews, community engagement, and brand perception across digital platforms. Brand Guidelines: Work with designers to develop, adapted and maintain brand guidelines related to copy and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touch-points. Educate internal teams and external partners on brand voice and guidelines.
What you need to bring to the table
Qualifications:Bachelor's/Diploma degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Proven experience as a digital strategist/marketer or copywriter or brand strategist, preferably in a digital marketing or product company - with 2-3 years of experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with creative thinking and the ability to generate unique ideas and concepts. Boundless energy, passion for the region, the will to persevere and prevail to create the future is a must.
Someone who has an International flavour - who has the experience in working at a Branding agency across the country and had worked on marketing campaigns, with 1-2 plus years of experience. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret the impact of content on brand performance. Why
