Position Executive-BDLocation Mangalore KarnatakaBasic Role Responsible to market the Hospital services within the limits of the policies set by the Management by Planning Organizing and Implementing Business Development Strategies with an objective of increasing the sales to levels Targeted and to be instrumental in projecting the image of the hospital consistent with the aims of the Organization Implementation of business development strategies with the objective to increase Hospital sales to achieve the Target Rapport building with the Consultants of private clinics hospitals General Practitioners in the respective service area local leaders and social workers ambulance personnel etc to improve referred sales Collection of Business Intelligence periodically to bring it to the notice of the Management Attend to complaints from service area from referring Consultants Corporate Companies stake holders Liaison with the local reporters of the major newspapers major freelance reporters in the service area cable operators etc to improve the Organizations relations with the media to project a favorable image of the Organization Creating strengthening business relationship between Organization and new Corporate Entities and achievement of set targets from Corporate customers Promotion of services such as Health Cards or such other initiative as and when introduced Promotion of Hospital services through organizing medical camps educational awareness programs social media etc Any other responsibility as entrusted by the Management from time to time Reporting You shall prepare an action-plan of the Marketing Activities on fortnightly basis and submit to the reporting authorities Similarly you shall also submit subsequent achievement report periodically
