Track and Supervise Campaign Calling:

  • Lead and monitor segmented product-based campaigns, including GLIP, SWP, and FWP, to ensure effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Ensure the team adheres to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Supervise/Track Service Request Calls:

  • Manage customer interactions, process accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide personalized solutions and up-selling strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct random follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution.

Growth & Planning:

  • Evaluate customers' needs and financial status to propose customized protection plans.

Measure of Success:

  • Ensure clients' needs and coverage are aligned with their financial status.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores within acceptable ranges.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales verticals dealing with HNI customers.

Competence Required:
