We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at SEPOY&CO.

**Job Summary:**

This role involves driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, developing unique strategies to achieve designated sales targets, and owning and exceeding annual sales targets in the assigned area.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive HORECA sales within the assigned territory, enhance brand visibility, and execute impactful brand promotions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
  • Business Acumen: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market landscapes, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
