About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Executive to join our team. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and delivering effective learning experiences for our organization.

You will work closely with training managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver targeted learning solutions. Your primary goal will be to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and align learning touchpoints with business requirements across the entire organization
  • Conduct assessments, surveys, and analysis to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Develop comprehensive learning programs, including curriculum, course content, and training materials
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in training department exclusively
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Able to analyze data and feedback to inform training initiatives
